You are talking about 2015 ? Is that correct or is it 2016 ? Coz I had one of my colleagues who got the same and he paid the balance of the fee and he already has become Canadian Citizen long ago.
Oh well I am not sure what your consequence would be, it would also depend under which rule you would be going 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 6 .....if its the later than you may want to payup the balance and wait.. but this is just my opinion.
