reapplication of visa.. pl help

Dear Sir/Mam

My student visa under SPP has been refused due to below reasons

1. you have not demonstrated that you are sufficiently well established in your country of residence.

2. your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies,employment,level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

You have not satisfied me that you have sufficient funds for living costs and tution for your first year studies, and return transportation without working in Canada because:-

1. You have not provided sufficient documentation to support your or your parents claim assets.

About my financial documents i was guided by my consultant and provided form no 16. and took loan of 7.5 lakh.. I was having each and every document for other FD's, LIC's and properties.. but my agent denied that they should put only the documents they are asked for.. and cant show the documentation not asked for?!

And the second thing, I have done B.COM and BIT bachelor in Information Technology and have experience as a programmer/web designer.. May be this is due to my course which i studied was of software and this one i opted is of hardware?! that was Computer System Technician-networking.. what if i change my course to software engineering in January intake?? would it not affect officer's mind negatively that i want to enter Canada by hook or crook?!

yeah i filed on 31st sep 2010.. and i have not recieved any call frm the embassy.. neither my employer or bank has recieved any call..
I took loan frm bank of baroda.

BOB is a genuine bank.... I am not clear why they refused ur visa...... What's ur IELTS Score?????

so is it due to dat i have not provided documents of FD's, LIC's and fixed assets?? we have enough to show but my consultant denied for it.. then waht to do?? again file visa with all the documents?? and for my course can i write SOP for the opted course?? or i change my course?? but am afraid he would take me negative that i just want to enter canada and m not serious for my career.

my ielts overall score is 6.. r-6, w-6.5, l-6, s-5.5... that is also ok

I think you should change ur consultant and course too and if you acheive good score in IELTS you will surely get visa

which options is marked by immigration officer ...........did u check it at your letter

becuase in all letters these are the option but one is tick mark in ur letter is the reason so check it again to find the rejection point..........

which course you selected for you ???????

I think u are misunderstood and taking wrongly.. I mean to say that..

firstly my case was rejected under normal study permit because of only 1 was marked with only one that "immigration officer is not satisfied that i will go back to my home land after completing my studies" ( i was also cooked :-\ )

i tried 2nd time with an extra ordinary leave letter from employer and one additional letter of contract that i will re-join the same company after my study period but they refused it again with the same reason :'( :'( :'( :'( (crooked)

write a SOP to immigration officer

better you choose a good immigration agent so he can make your case strong
well your selected course is good for you as based on ur previous education that is BIT so try to make the immigration officer clear
in your SOP otherwise you can change the course 8) 8) 8) 8) ...........

In SPP u have to show only the documents u are asked for so it has been rejected and somewhat my luck also :'(

i did twice under normal case but :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
now will attempt 3rd time :'( :'( :'( for jan 2011 when i will go my home land with property docs : : :
