My husband got a refusal letter from ircc but the letter said he can reapply because he couldn't provide the court record. But he was in Canada at that time and I had requested sent a letter to ircc that if they would allow my husband and I go back to our country for the court record because it need to be apply in person. But ircc didn't reply and just sent a refusal letter to my husband. Now my question is if my husband submits Reapplication this time, does he need to submit a rehabilitation form at the same time. My husband had six times conviction, but the first 5 convictiond were more than 10 years ago. And the last conviction was in 2016 but suspension 12 month, and completed in 2017. It was 7 years ago. Never in jail. My question is now he is planning to reapply again. Does he need to submit the rehabilitation form and the court record at the same time with the Reapplication. Thank you
