I have done bachelor in social sciences and bachelor in laws(professional) 3 years programme from India. Do i need to send both documents for WES evaluation?

Its upto you as the cost of evaluation for one or two degrees is the same. But i would recommend doing 1 only, as two bachelors dont have any extra points. On top of that, you dont need to run to two different institutions for transcripts and paperwork.
