Can I put:

Employment past 10 years ( if retired , studying , working please indicate)

2011-01, to 2012-04 Facility name
Studying and working " Example school" and "example" workplace


all in one space???I can combine studying and working and put 2 names of facilities in the same space?

Try to write them separate, if the duration is repeating no problem......but writing separately makes it easy to understand..........
