Really urgent help!!!!!

hey every one ...... my friend refugee application got accepted last year and get acceptance letter on march 2015 .... but till now he didn't apply for pr or anything .... its been 19 months .... is he eligible to apply for pr after waiting so long? .... he planning to apply it on jan 2017


please reply if you know something about it

I have no idea why he waited so long.... But wanna know can he apply it now? And yes.... He didn't leave Canada after his cas get accepted....

To the best of my knowledge he can still apply and there is no time limit (BTW: I believe you were given the same answer a year ago). I don't know if his application will be processed different since he has waited this long.

he can apply any time. It's open. My friend applied for PR after two years of wait and got his PR.

There was a limit some years ago and you had to apply for PR withing 6 months but this limit has been changed and now he can apply at any time he decides to apply, This information is 100 % correct.
