I have just received offer letter from centennial college for 1 yr pg dip in project management,as all my bank loan and other documents sorted out i am sure make it before 1dec,only thing that worries me is that my sister applied for Pr under Federal Skilled Workers category in june 2011, will this be a negative impact on my chances to get study permit...i am really nervous coz one educational consultant told me it really showed me in bad light and it makes me look I am really desperate to go canada..I really dont trust edu consultant but i need your advice as i dont have enough time to think,because the deadline to apply is 1 dec
