Really Frustrated

Hey guys
my mother applied under FSW (Healthcare manager) last year, the time line goes
Initial Application - 15th April 2010
Documents requested - 20th July 2010
Documents Submitted - 17th November 2010
2rd AOR - 19th December 2010
Visa office - New Delhi

After the second AOR we haven't received anything till date, but 3 months ago our Ecas status changed to Decision made. we haven't received anything from the VO yet and the only details online are the date of the initial application and the date when documents were requested in July. No mention of the when we sent the full set of documents and when we got the second AOR. We've emailed the VO twice about this and no response. We are getting really worried. I am a student and my mum's dependent and would like to pursue Uni in Canada but dont want to waste a year sitting at home waiting for the decision to come. If anyone has any inputs, suggestions it would be a big help.

No body can tell the time lines for Pre-june 2010 applicants. Couple of options:

a) Apply again if this occupation is in MI-3 category
b) Continue your studies in India. You might be able to transfer some of the credits to canadian university. See how many credits you can transfer for Canadian university undergraduate programs.
c) If you can afford, explore the option of going there on student visa.

I know waiting for visa can be life limiting.. don't pause for it to come. Goodluck!
