reallly worried about LANDING

Hiya

I need to know that my husband is the main applicant and me n my kiids are the dependents and are living in UK ....currently we are being asked for police certificates and bank funds...i dont know after how much time they will call for medical and then for passports how much time is left for travel to canada....because we have to sort out extension in UK as well as our visa will expire next year july.
Another thing ....can my husband go early to sort things over there and we can follow later on....if Yes till how many months we can stay back

Yes, ur husband can go there first as he is the PA, you guys can go anytime to Canada until ur visas expire

You get one year from the date you get your medicals done to land, as your husband is primary applicant he has to land either before you and kids or along with family.

My observation is you get about 5-6 months to sort out things after getting the Visa stamped and even if you do not have that kind of time, you can do the landing and comeback to sort out things.

As far as the Medicals and Passport request is concerned you can look at cases similar to you but that is not always a guarantee as every case is different so no one can give you a confirmed answer.

For how many years is visa validity for Primary applicant and dependent both ....like primary applicant should go after getting visa within 6 months but for how many months can the family stay back?

The issued visa is just one time entry visa. Your visa is valid from the date you did your medicals.
Suppose you did your medicals on 15th Nov 2011 you will get your visa valid till 15th Nov 2012. Alternatively if any of your passport is expiring before 15th Nov 2012 your visa will be valid till that date only.
After landing you will be asked to provide a residence address to mail out your Permanent resident card which is valid for 5 yrs.

Visa validity is upto the validity of your medical which is 1 year.
