Real documents and Refused

What should be real documents needed for studying in CANADA I already gave IELTS Speaking 6,Listening 6.5,Writting 5.5 And Reading 5.5 my overall score is 6 now Is it allowed to apply for MS in CANADA???????????Even i would like to know why the student visa is refused from Bangladesh??????

Ask for your files under the Privacy Act - check CIC website for procedure. It will have the officers notes. If you are a high risk profile based on an objective or sometimes both objective and subjective criteria then the visa officer deems you won't leave Canada after your studies or that you will not be studying in Canada but will work illegally or try and stay e.g. making a false refugee claim, getting married etc.

You will want to improve your IELTS marks so nothing is below 6.
