To submit my documents through VFS:
1. I went to https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/usa/ -> Additional Services -> View Services -> By Mail -> Click here option for 2 way courier service.
2. Created account here:https://www.vfsglobal.ca/ . Then Buy 2- way courier fedex labels-> Select Centre (NY), Application Category (Original Passport Submission) -> Added applicant details -> made payment -> generated label.
I have payment confirmation & shipping label, no return label. It mentioned that return label will be generated later.
I wanted to know if anyone else did it this way. Most people seem to have sent emails to-vfsshippinglabels@vfsglobal.com
Have I generated labels incorrectly? Do I need to send email & then wait for the response for next step.
I am really confused. Could someone please help?
