I got the PR confirmation with the mail saying "Ready for Visa". The mail which came from CPC-Ottawa says that I need to only send it through VFS.

My wife, who is the primary applicant, is in India and she went to VFS Delhi and submitted the application in person.

I am in US. Where should I send my passport.

Somewhere in US ? I am not able to find the VFS office in US for Canada processing.

Somewhere in Canada ? Can I send it to CPC Ottawa but it doesnt say that in the mail?

Please provide help

Your wife should contact the Delhi Visa Office and let them know that you are in the US. Do this immediately.

Where exactly in Ottawa?
Is there a VFS office in Ottawa ? Or to the CPC office in Ottawa?

As @lampbreaker said your wife should raise a cse immediately regarding the change of VO to which CiC will provide instructions on where you should send your passport. Also ensure you have no upcoming travels as with Halloween and other holidays processing could take a while.
