I applied for my PR via CEC in March 2020. It's been so long that I had started to give up hope. Then today I received a 'READY FOR VISA' email from IRCC. Asking for me to send my passport copies and photos to the nearest VAC centre (I am in New Zealand)
I have not had anything from IRCC asking for a re-medical. Is this normal? My medical passed in May 2020 and therefore would have expired in May 2021. Do they always need a re-medical or do they bypass this sometimes? I am confused as I thought it was a requirement.
