I have recently received an email from COPR with the subject saying ready for visa. I have a couple of questions:
1) I do not see any updates in my profile after logging in it still says in process and same messages as before without any new attachments. is this normal?
2) The email states that if you are from a country whose citizens need an eTA then just send copies of passport. my children are American citizens whereas I and my spouse require a visa. does that mean I should send photocopies of my children's passports and original passports for me and wife?
