Ready for visa email received, few questions

Hi All,
I received ready for visa email 2 day before. Finally !
I am in India. Outland PNP OINP applicant. Ready for visa email received on 15-march-2022.
I have few questions on same, would be thankful if someone can please help me out.

1. Where do I need to make payment for transmission fees ? https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/ is this correct ?
2. I filled this form, since there are two applicants on one single application, it asks for double payment and separate ready for visa email attachment. If I pay double payment, do I need to make one envelope for both for separate envelop ?
3. I did not receive separate ready for visa email for my wife. Will she going to receive as well ?
4. Can you confirm on document list
   1. Primary Applicant: Copy of CIC email, 2 Photographs, Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF), original passport, height and eye color (for both eyes
   2. Dependent - Copy of CIC email, 2 Photographs, Original Passport, height and eye color (for both eyes)
5. I do not have separate payment receipt Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF), all I have is full payment receipt of CAD $ 2820 that includes (Government application fee CAD $ 825 per adult, Right to Permanent Resident fee $500 per adult, Biometrics fees $ 85 per adult.) receipt do have at do not give any specific category details. From where I can get RPRF receipt ?
6. Where do I fill height and eye color ? Any specific document/s?
