Hi everyone I would like to ask regarding my imm5562.
I submitted all my trip outside in my country.
And IRCC email me like this
IMM5562: A separate and updated Supplementary Information - Your
Travels (IMM 5562) form, which details your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) since age 18.
and also do I include that I’m here in Canada?

Travelling to Canada is part of your travel history. So, yes, include that if you are in Canada now.
