Re: Student visa Active account and PR account

Hi,
I have a question regarding active accounts for Qubec, SINP, IRCC. I have created accounts for all as I didn't have the score for PR or PNP I didn't get the opportunity to submit my profile. Now I got opportunity for Student Visa. Is it a issue having active accounts for SINP, Qubes and IRCC.

I have submitted for EOI but I deleted my EOI in SINP and qubec. I created account in IRCC but didn't apply for FSW or any other.

Is it ok for applying for Student visa now. Can any one give any ideas.

As far as Canadian Immigration Law goes, it is acceptable to apply for Permanent Residence and Temporary Residence (such as Study Permit) at the same time. This is called 'Dual Intent'.
It means you need to convince the Visa Officer assessing your PR application that you intend to make Canada your permanent home, and the Visa Officer assessing your Study Permit that you have every intention of returning home after completing your studies in Canada.
Creating an account for a Federal program such as Express Entry or a Provincial Nomination program such as SINP or QISW will have no bearing on your application.

Thanks for the reply @skape7
I have deleted the EOI's and all if I create a new account with new email and giving same passport ID Does it conflicts. I got admission for the Study permit now I have to apply for Visa shortly by paying the money So I'm free to apply for Study permit as I wont touch the previous accounts.

Sure, go ahead.
Like I said before, it would not have mattered even if you did not delete those accounts. Using the same passport with either your new account or even your old one will make impact your Study permit prospects.
