Hi,
Sorry to bother u again but as u told me that we are not eligible for express entry with these marks:
Husband as primary applicant:
L=6.00,
R=5.00,
W=7.00,
S=6.00,
OverAll=6.00
And me as a spouse (dependant):
L=6.00,
R=5.50,
W=5.50,
S=6.00,
OverAll=6.00
So now I want to know who should give ielts again?me or my husband or we both

If everything else gets you both same points ( work, education, age etc ..) I would say both. Both of you have low scores. Improving your scores will give a big bump in your overall score.
Good luck

Hi Ami2015,
Don't worry, you're not bothering anyone - this forum exists so we can help each other. As the primary applicant, to qualify for the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) stream under Express Entry, your husband needs to improve his Reading score from 5 to at least 6.

However, that's not the ONLY eligibility criteria. There are multiple things that contribute to meeting the threshold for the Federal Skilled Workers Stream; all-in-all, you have to have a score of at least 67 out of 100 on the Federal Skilled Workers eligibility test to be eligible for the programme. See link here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

The higher your husband's scores in all areas of the IELTS, the higher your FSW eligibility score will be. (Your scores are already high enough to get you the additional 5 points awarded for a spouse's language ability on the FSW eligibility index). But, remember, that language scores are not the only thing that matters in FSW eligibility.

Even after you meet eligibility on FSW, you also need to ensure your Comprehensive Ranking System Score is as high as possible (this is what will determine if you get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) once you finally submit an Express Entry Profile. The higher the IELTS scores for both your husband AND you, the higher your CRS Score will be, so it would actually by better if YOU BOTH re-sat the test (if you can) to see if you can both improve your scores. See here for the CRS Score calculator: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

I hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
