Hi
I have a situation and if you can help me out I will be really thankful to you sir
MY profile
2 year course (1+1) was part time for 1 semester between two program to finish language course compulsory for degree.
My spouse profile
1 year course (8 months study-2 semester-no brakes)
We both got married in past July in canada.
1) I am willing to get 3 year PGWP for me and 3 year OWP for her. Is it possible to get it by spousal visa or something at the port?
2) My study permit was supposed to expire on 31st July so I applied for extension before it expire. I got approval but they extended it till 15 September only and my course completes in end of the August. Everybody like my case got extension till November. Is there something wrong with me in this case. Will they extend it again if I talk to them ?
3) My wife passport is getting expire in December so should I got for renewal first if we are applying together ?
4) With my extended permit is it safe to go to the port ? Will they can stop me for re-entry to the Canada ?
5) How many chances are there to give PGWP and OWP for both of us ?(As I came to know that in order to do that Principle applicant must have NOC 0 A B job. I can not have it as I was on student status and applying for PGWP.
6) If they deny open work permit for my wife will they still get privilage to stay with me while I am on PGWP?
7) Does her student status remain if they OWP for her.
8) Can she get spousal visa after her PGWP ? ( As she will be eligible to get 1 year PGWP on her 1 year program.)
9) Should I hire Immigration lawyer for this case ? and if you know any expert in this case.
Your help is highly appreciated.
Seeking for guidance as I have only 1 month left.
Thank You In advance.

So many question and although I will do my best to answer others may need to comment/correct me.
1)You sort of answered this question with your question number (5) in that for your spouse to get a work permit you need to show proof of having a 0,A or B job so she will probably initially need temporary resident status unable to work.
2)to apply for a PGWP your study permit must be valid so provided you get your completion letter before September 15th and submit your PGWP application before that date you would be in an implied status so can stay in the country and in fact start work pending a decision. Not sure about your wifes status but likely she would need to apply for temporary resident status.
3)Cannot really advise on this as I guess depends how quickly your country can process a new passport application
4)do not understand this question given once you apply for a PGWP you are on implied status even if the study permit has expired by then.
5)Until you have a 0,A or B job with proof it is likely your wife cannot work and will need to be with you on a temporary resident basis
6)As per (5)
7)Not sure on this but answer may be is one or the other not both.
8)Same condition as for you, she must be in a 0,A or B job
9)not sure for the cost immigration lawyer will not help here you just need to follow the guidelines, apply for the PGWP before your study permit expires with complete documentation, ensure your wife has a valid status in the country and get a 0,A or B job so you can apply for your wife to get an OWP.
If you feel happier getting professional advice then that is a personal choice.

As said above are my personal attempt to answer your questions, I am sure others reading will comment if I got anything wrong or they have addtional feedback.
