I am from India. Me & my wife applied for Express Entry.
Credentials

ITA - May 23rd
AOR - June 22nd
Medical - June 5th
Re-Medical - July 12-15th
Second x-ray - July 15th
Medical Paased - July 26th

We checked out Application & still there is no change in background check. I just wanted to know how much time do they generally take after evaluation and re-medical.

Looking forward to hear from anyone who might have the slightest info to help.

My friend your question is very general and no one can predict. It is different from case to case and from officer to another. They promise to finalize the application within 6 months. Some get it within a month or so, others take more than a year.

So sit back relax and just enjoy the journey, the trip is unpredictable.

You are very right that it depends completely on case to case but since the AOR we have already completed like 115 days. I have a friend of mine who got the PPR in less than 2 days after a re-medical.

His overall timeline was less than 40 days since AOR!

Quite surprising is the fact that apart from GCMS notes there is no other option left to see the status of my application.

Would you suggest me to got for GCMS notes ?

Well look at my signature, I am almost reaching my 300 days and waiting for PPR. I checked and learned that I cleared eligibility, criminality and all. However, no PPR yet.

I recommend that you wait until you complete the 6 months. They might get upset if you follow up before your application exceeds the normal processing times.

I hope you get the golden email soon. Looking at your case i think i should stop looking at my application till they ask me for my passports.

Yes, I will not apply for GCMS notes as you are right, that they might get annoyed before the timeline.

Thanks a ton. I will forget too till the time my PPR comes. Actually i did check the immitracker as well. It gave me a lot of information and the people with AOR on the months I have applied ie June have not started receiving PPR but some in July have already.

It is very hard to predict anything is what i concluded.

May, you have your PPR granted soon.

India to be more precise.
One thing i saw when i went to give passports is that there was a very long queue for students and it was only me standing for PR.
