Med's Done....
July 2014
Hi everyone,
My spouse is in Canada on a TRV. Her upfront medicals are about to expire mid July. My question is, if she gets a request to do medicals again, can she do that in Canada?
If yes, how and where? Any input will be really appreciated.
Regards.

Yes - she can do the medical in Canada.

Where: see the CIC web site - http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

Thanks. So we can just call and setup an appointment once we get a request? Also, my spouse does not have health insurance here in Canada. Would that be an issue for doing her medicals?

Yes - you have to call to set up an appointment.

The medicals aren't covered by health insurance. You have to pay for them out of pocket.
