Re: LMIA Form is incomplete or invalid

Hi Guys,

My LMIA application has just been returned due to "The [Hours, Pay and Benefits] fields were incomplete or invalid. "

However, I reviewed my ESDC Form EMP 5626 and failed to find which part is an error.

Would anyone please kindly look into this section to identify the incomplete or invalid parts?

According to my knowledge:
You have to give accurate answer. You cannot say 6 to 8 or $35-40 per hour.

It has to be specific. If you are not certain go with the minimum one.

For example:

8 hours per day
30 hours per week
$35 per hour
$52.5 per hour overtime
