Here is the list of documents that you will need complete (some documents might not be applicable to you): Applying as a Skilled Worker ***The Document Checklist [IMM 5612] (PDF, 233 KB) tells you exactly what documents you are to submit for FSW. Please make sure to also read the Instruction Guide [IMM EG7000] document (it explains to you how the various forms are to completed and how to answer the questions on the forms).
