Hello forum mates. I need some suggestions and ideas on this matter.... Could it be possible that our son as accompanying dependents will not travel with me as soon as our passport will be returned and travel later prior to the expiration of his passport with his grandmother? Your suggestions and ideas would be a great help in making our decisions... Thank you in advance.

if you are sponsored by a live-in caregiver, then your visa has validity...if your child fails to travel within the validity date, then he/she needs to be sponsored again...this would mean another processing, family income factor, and fees...c",)

that's true you have to apply for your sons visa again, if you failed to or decided to not to travel with him within the validity of the travel visa....and questions will be remain on the port of entry in canada....either way yes you could do that but consequence will face and reasons off course will be ready as the answer to the immigration officer..:)
