RE:IELTS - PLEASE DO I HAVE TO FILL IN THE NAME OF THE VISA OFFICE?

Hello forumites,
Please am filling my IELTS form now and am stock at the point where am being asked to fill in the name of the institution/agency/body/employer where i want my result sent to.Am i expected to fill in the visa office that is responsible for my application there because i have not received any notification from NS yet but i just want to take the IELTS now since the opportunity is here cos the next sitting will be in April next year.
So please advise what do i fill in there or do i live it blank.

As far as I know, this is not required. You will have to attach the original results form to you application at the point of submitting you supporting documents (second stage) to your Visa Office.

Don't do it. IELTS only issues 1 (one) original. So you should pick up your IELTS original certificate in person from the British Council office and submit that original with the rest of documents to the Canadian visa office.
Don't have them sent it directly - it may get lost and you don't want delays because of that!
So leave blank those fields in your IELTS application.

You need the Test report for your self and need to send it to CHC on your own so leave it blank.
