I was feeling very happy to post this thread. My case was refused last year on basis of credibility and IFA however in RAD we won and my case was referred back to RPD for rehearing. my new lawyer worked with me and guide me about everything we were all nervous about hearing..
however last week I attend a hearing panel member came and asked 2 questions then took a 10-minute break then again asked 1 more question and then she asked the last question and said no more questions she has and that she needs 2 hours of time as this time everything was very well explained in BOC so it was easy for a member to understand everything so after 2 hours she came and gave a decision on the table .. GOOD Luck, everyone.
