This is for my friend. His a Ghanian living in South Africa with a life partner permit. Can any one please advise me on what will make his application strong. He want to go to Canada for tourism.
He needs to show evidence that he has strong ties to his country of residence (e.g. job, property owned, etc.) and has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. He'll also have to show that he has sufficient funds to cover his visit.
