Hi,
Early last month I noticed that my Gckey had updated to say that more documents were needed to continue to process my application. I did two webforms and have just learned that it was for a re-establishment plan that was due on September 30th. It says I will be unable to upload anything after that date.
I didn’t receive an email or a letter but have obviously missed that deadline. How important is this plan? On my Gckey it says that my application can not progress without it, but on the letter it says if it’s not uploaded on time that a decision will be made without it.
For info, my common law partner is Canadian, we met and lived in the UK but her visa ran out so she has returned to Canada. I was also there for six months earlier this year as a visitor. We have an outland application that was sent in August 2020, but are now apart.
Does anybody know if there is another way to submit this plan? As it doesn’t say on the letter.
Thanks!
