Re-entry to Canada

Hello everyone,

I am an international student who has been studying in Canada for the past 2 years. My study permit and visa expired in March so I applied for an extension in Canada . I received my work and study permit, however, I dont have a new visa. My study permit says **This does not authorize re-entry**. I went to travel outside canada recently and I will have to re-enter Canada very soon. However, I don't have a new visa.

I don't know my options now. Do i renew my TRV? how realistic is getting the TRV in 5 days?

Yes - you need a new TRV to be able to re-enter Canada. You can apply for the TRV once you are outside of Canada.

Trv can take a month or more, if you exit remember you wont be able to come back until you get it. Not sure what u mean by work and study permit, but if you miss a semester because you are stuck abroad then this destroys your pgwp chances.
