re entry to canada with deferred admission

Question: I have a student permit in canada and i reached canada for the fall 2014 program since i wanted to change the program ,i deferred my admission and moved to my uncles home in usa since i have my usa visitor visa , now i have identified the favorable course in the university in british columbia ,for completing the admission process can i re enter canada ....??

1. Get admission in the program and pay fees first.

2. Notify CIC about change of instituition on MYCIC account.

I am almost same situation as of your in re entry process. I am coming back to same instituiton
