RE-Entry To Canada With a Valid Study Permit

Hi

Am an International student studying PG Diploma in a community college. I have a valid Study Permit till August 1st 2016 and a TRV till 2017. Am travelling to India due to a personal emergency soon after my final exams in April 2016 end and returning back to Canada only on June 2nd 2016.

Will there be any problem during my Re entry?? Please give me a suggestion. It is very important for me to travel which i cant avoid though i don't want to mess up my Re-Entry.

1. No. You have a valid study permit, and a valid TRV.

But am not a student when i re enter Canada. Will they send me back to India?? As i will not be a student??

After seeing my study permit, at the bottom there is a line "THIS DOES NOT AUTHORIZE RE-ENTRY". Am worried

Just to be clear

Your study permit expires Aug 1st 2016 ?
You have valid TRV expires 2017 ?

You are planning to go back to India and return by June 2nd 2016 ?

I don't see why you won't be able to come back, you are all good to go !

I am in same situation
My course end in 30 aug 2016
I will take next 1 year course in jan 2017
My study permit is valid till nov 2016
I have to visit india in october . can it be a problem while reentring canada as i will not be doing any studies in canada when i return back

Just have question for you, are you sure your TRV validity is longer than your study permit ?
I heard it is not possible
