re-entry on bowp when PR rejected ??

Hi all,

I'm on bowp and its going to expire on June 5. However, my PR application has been rejected. I'm planning to travel back to my home country for few months (feb-may) and come back before my bowp expire.

my question is:
Will I be able to re-entry on my bowp?
If not, can I use visitor status to come back? Do I need to provide proof of return ticket? (I'm from visa exempt country)

You can enter on your work permit but will need visa if not from a visa free country

Sorry to hear about your application. I was exactly in your situation and I was adwised by lawyer not to re-enter Canada on BOWP in such a case. He told me that there is some section in the immigration act that says that applicant must meet requirements for wp at the time on wp issuanse and at the point of entry. There is very small possibility that vo at the point of entry could revoke wp.
May I ask you why your application has been refused?
