Hi Guys,
I know this must have been answered before, but I couldn't find the right thread.
I need to visit US for 2-3 days to attend a busines conference. My status is as follows:
- Passport: India
- Status in Canada: Visa will expire 30th July 2011 (visit to US in August)
Hold a PGWP (Work Permit) till July 2014
- Have valid US B1/B2 visa.
My question is, do I have the valid documents required to re-enter Canada? I heard that foreign nationals in Canada can re-enter Canada from the US as long as they hold a valid Work Permit/Study Permit.
Please advice whether this is correct and also would be great if I could carry the appropriate Canadian Immigration Print Outs on this. So, if someone could direct me to the correct Immigration Canada links, I can take a print out of those and carry along with me.
All advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!
Anand
