My Mother in law has a multiple entry visitor visa . She came to Canada in February 4, 2023. If she leaves Canada by July 4, 2023 , will she be able to come back to Canada in a month i.e August 4, 2023 or should she wait for 6 months from the time she exited and then be allowed to enter Canada . Thanks a lot for your responses

There is no black and white rule. Whether she is allowed back into Canada and for how long is always up to CBSA. She wants to avoid the appearance that she is living in Canada. Generally speaking, she should aim to spend more time outside of Canada than inside of Canada in any 12 month period.
