Re-entering Canada on visit visa from US

Hi. I am visitor in Canada-given a 6 months entry. Its my 2nd month and i have to fly to US for 2 weeks to attend a family matter. After that, i will come bacm to Canada and spend 2 months and leave. Note: i have multple entey visa.

question: when i will re-enter Canada, will the officer reset my entry stamp or my previous 6 monts period will continue as i have not exit the North America?

CBSA will decide how long you can stay up to 6 months.
