My wife who is Indian citizen living with me in Canada has applied for INLAND PR sponsorship. She is currently on visitor visa ( expiring 2029) but has exceeded her stay by 180 days as her inland PR is still processing ( she has not applied for visitor extension as we did not expect to leave and come back until PR ).
She has received Spousal work permit approval in gckey but not the physical copy yet or has not stamped in passport. However, due to extreme emergency, she has to go back to India for 2 weeks and will come back again.
Will there be any issues during her return with CBSA ? I know its risky to exit and return but i need proper guidance preferably from people who have done things similarly.
