Do I need to tell the CBSA official that I had an internship interview (with a very well-known firm) in the US? Or could I just say I went for a short trip to meet a family friend etc etc.
The reason I'm asking is, if this may arouse suspicion as to why an international student in Canada had to go to the states for an interview. Or is this common enough to be brushed aside by the official when I return to Canada?
Maybe I'm being paranoid, but any input would be wonderful!
