re do my medical results

I got a letter asking me for re do my medical, and the letter say:

Please note that medical results are now the only thing pending before your file can be finalized.

You are being granted 30 days to provide us with proof that you have undergone new medical examinations.

I al ready sent a proof of my medical, Somebody know how long i needto wait? whats the next?

i also sended my re medicals on 4th july 2012 to new delhi, but again on 25th july i got my pp back n letter stating to redo medical but at the same time i got a call from new delhi that they send it by mistake n they got my new medicals already...
i posted my passport back on 28th july... let c how long to get visa
