I had filed for leave with the federal court about my immigration case,
the DOJ consent to it and asked me to withdraw it and they
will send my file to a second officer for redetermination which I did.
this time they found another reason to disqualify me on basis of occupation,
which was never an issue before.

where do I go from here? do I file an application for leave again?
I feel like been stabbed in the back.

Appreciate feedback from similar members who know of similar cases.

Leave to Appeal is the only route.

thanks, I'm calling the Federal Court on Monday, I'll let you know what happened : )
I don't know how the visa officer find it in her to disqualify me on basis of my occupation, at least three visa officers exchanged my application and none found an issue with it. I guess that's why there are judges and Federal courts.
