Hi Everyone,
I've been following this forum for the past few months and while the posts on here answer most of my questions, I have run into a situation where I could use some expert opinion.
Unfortunately, I acquired services of a (licensed) immigration lawyer and he created my EE profile in March 2015 with a CRS score of 438. At that time, WES did not accept my Master's Degree as they only cover a certain number of institutions in my country (yes, that doesn't make sense). So, I had CES re-asses my degrees and I have a favourable ECA result now therefore the need to update my EE profile.
For some reason, my lawyer's having a hard time updating my profile (and I realize that there could be technical issues involved) but I've started to hate the fact that I actually have no control over my profile and I can't even see what's going on there. Therefore, I ask you all this:
a) Is it OK if I have him delete my current profile and create a brand new profile on my own?
b) On the off chance that he does not delete my current profile, would it still be OK if I create a new one?
c) Are you, as a candidate, somehow given preference if you've been in the pool long enough?
Please let me know what you all think.
Thank you for reading!
