The Employee may not waive this vacation or request cash compensation instead.Visa ProcurementThe Company will send all the essential documents and appoint a VISA REPRESENTATIVE to assist you in getting your entry clearance from the Consular. You shall bear the cost of securing your entry clearance (visa) while the company provides air ticket to you and your IMMEDIATE family. You will be reimbursed the cost incurred during your visa processing period on your arrival here after submitting the receipts as evidence of payment.Air Ticket:The Company shall providethe Employee with round trip economy excursion air ticket from Canada to home country (nearest International Airport) for every 1 year of continued service with the Company. Other benefits shall include;**A private accommodation (Room)**A Fixed land phone and computer with Internet package.**Free Lunch Feeding**Citizenship application sponsoring support
**Visa Expenses will be reimbursed upon arrival here in Canada as your first benefit.**Your Air Ticket (Economy Class) from your home country to CanadaContract PeriodFour (4) years first Contract can be renewed at mutual consent. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice by either party. In case of interference, insubordination or dishonesty or unauthorized absence or any othermisconduct, the services can be terminated without any notice.Probationary Period:Your probation period will be 3 months, which can further be extended by another 3 months. Your work performance and suitability shall be reviewed over this time. The probationary period will form part of continuous period of employment. During this period, should your performance and suitability for the position be deemed to be unsatisfactory, then it is understood and acknowledged that the Company may terminate this agreement in accordance with applicable labor laws.End of Service:The Employee shall be entitled to severance pay also known as End of Service benefits or gratuity in accordance with applicable law.Hours of work:You will be working from 8am to 5pm with an hour break, a total number of 45 hours per week. For overtime eligible positions, the employee will be paid for all hours worked in excess of 45 hours within one week.Work Location:You will be based at our office or site or will be required to work from our clients/Consultant's Contractor's office/site. Office as determined by the needs of the business. Your service, at any time be transferred to any other place of business of the company now existing or to be acquired in future, from one department to another, from one office to other office, to any of our business situated in EXOTIX CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. in the same or any other capacity as the management may at its sole discretion deem it fit. In such cases, you will be governed by the rules & regulations of that office as the case may be.Regulations:You will be bound by company regulations and ethics, either written or as practiced, and as modified.You will be governed by the company rules and EXOTIX CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Labor Laws in respect of any matter not covered by this letter.
