Hi Members,
I need your help!
I applied in EE around 2.5 years back and at that time i entered wrong details for my work experience and got ITA within 3 days of submitting. I rejected the ITA at that time.
Now i want to re apply and thinking of applying with correct work experience. Will it be a problem for me as while last submission i have shown different experience, although i did not accepted the ITA at that time.
Please suggest.

No it is not a problem to submit with another NOC as long as employment letters match the NOC.
Actally one of the consultant said that canada immigration has record that last time i submitted the file with diff exp so they will question.

Are you using new work experience or changing past jobs to a different NOC? That can be an issue since you received an ITA. Whether the files are compared depends on the official. WHy do you want to change your NOC?

M using new work experience. The one i declared while submitting file 2 years back was not the correct one.

Can they question or reject the application that why was the experience was different at that time. As the dates are same.

Yes, of course. But you said it is a new job so I don't understand the problem. You can have multiple NOCs. You just need your primary NOC that meets eligibility requirements.

The experience entered in last file was wrong.
Now i am entering the correct one.
That was of 1 year duration and now which i am entering is of 5 years.
The one which was entered in old file was just a mistake. I do not have such ecperience with me.
Also the one which i am entering now includes the time duration that was entered in wrong experience. I.e. that one year dates are conflicting in correct experience 5years duration.
So i am worried about file rejection

There is always a possibility as you received ITA the first time. The officer may or may not review your past application. I am going on limited information and you are working with a consultant.
