the reason the visa officer gave were
1.unsatisfied with Financial of Sponsor ( now I have good paying job in transport industry.)
2.no travel History.( no he has not traveled since then)

now i want to apply for his visitor Visa again.
here are some details:
1. my father is Govt. employee in India.
2. He has 5 years of service left.(working now for almost 30 years)
3. He have enough money to show in his Account and GPF plus Property and FDs.
4. I(PGWP),my brother(Study visa) and my mother(Visitor visa) are already in Canada.
5. my 2nd younger brother is in India.

I want any suggestions and Tips for applying his TRV, Any help is Welcome.

Hi,

With most of your family in Canada i.e. yourself, your wife, your newborn daughter, your elder brother, and your mom, it might be a bit of a challenge for your dad to get a TRV.

He can improve his chances if he presents his ties to India with solid evidence for:
His employment + property ownership + prove that your younger brother will not accompany him + good financial situation, etc.

Your dad's visit must be for 2-3 weeks max. + Purpose of visit must not be to only meet your newborn daughter (he can visit like a tourist + spend time with your family).

He must include a must-return-by-date reason with evidence.

He must include any government benefits, possible promotion, retirement entitlements, etc that he can lose if he does not return in a short-time frame.

If your mom is returning to India by a certain date then your dad can mention that he will return with her + include her plane tickets.

He can include a copy of an overseas travel medical insurance policy (refundable) for the dates of his visit. This is not mandatory though

Cheers

1. he will be retiring in 2021 after 30+ years of service and will have many benefits including monthly pension funds etc.
2. Our house ownership in India.
3. younger brother is a year far from graduation in good university.he can not accompany him.
4. he has salary financials in his account + fixed deposits + provident fund.

here are some queries :
1.Should i book return ticket to attach in application?
2.how can i prove that my younger brother will not accompany him?
3.shoud i mention meeting new born baby and other members of family in application?
4. Already my mother is sponsored by me, now i am sponsoring my father, any affect of this ?

1. No, do not book tickets until he gets the visa. You can include a flight itinerary + include a copy of your mom's tickets (mention that he will return with her).

2. As your brother is not applying for a TRV, it means he will stay back. But, do mention this point clearly especially if your brother has exams scheduled shortly

3. I suggest you prepare a day-by-day itinerary like a typical tourist and spend time with your family.... with expense estimates

4. No, you have invited your mom on a TRV. It is not sponsorship. So it will not affect your dad's application

You can post the complete list of documents here before your dad applies
