Re-apply for TRV (Previous Unused)

Hello Guys,

I have two TRV's one is expired and I was able to travel to Canada with that visa. The second one is valid until July 2020 and I dont think I can use it til expiry date. Will be it possible I will re-apply again lets say by June2020? I have previous UK, Schengen visa and US Visa too. I have travelled to these countries in previous years.

I have heard that since i have valid USA visa, I am qualified for CAN+ processing. is this true? and no financial documents required?

No reason you can’t reapply.

The fact your last TRV is an unused one-year multiple entry, and not a maximum TRV...and IIRC your first TRV was a single-entry, I suggest you still submit financial documents.

There is clearly something in your profile that prevented the officers to grant you a full TRV, so you’re not fully guaranteed yet.

It’s the officer’s discretion whether to apply CAN+, and it isn’t automatic just because you qualify on paper.

My first TRV was 1yr validity. Second one was until pp expiry but only for 1yr and 6mos coz my pp will expire jul2020.

There will be no problem applying 2mos or 1mo before expiry?

No problem since your VO is also notorious for a backlog.
