I was PhD student at Canada and I have got 4 years student visa and study permit. But, I stopped and returned to my country (Iran). Expiry date of my visa is to end of 2018. I got new acceptance from another Canada's university, so I am going to come there in September. I searched and I found out that I should apply for new study permit. After answering to questions in CIC in final step where I should upload my documents, it asks me to take biometric test and fill the 5257b relating to visa application.
Could you please let me know shall I take the biometric test for reapplying study permit and fill mentioned form? (as required file for uploading (in final step) depends on answer of question in previous step (questionnaires step), I doubt that I did answer wrongly to one of those questions)
