Re-apply for Immigration

Hi All,

Is there any time duration to re-apply for immegration, my case has been refused and i am wondering if i can apply right now or have to wait for time?

I applied in Skilled worker category.

Please see the following comments that I received in the refusal latter.

"you have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: 1111 accountant. Although this NOC codes correspond to the occupation specified in the instruction, you do not have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience or in this occupation in the last ten years. As such, your application in not eligible to be processed"

Please advice how i can proceed if i want to apply again, what point I should keep in mind.

You can apply as soon as you want. Make sure your draft your responsibilities in a manner that correspond to the once listed on HRSDC website. I do not mean that you copy paste them but if you can provide them later with documentation from company then only do it. I hope you perform such duties as I know 1111 NOC duties and you can get it on a letter just depends on company to company and its structure.

Would u plz let me know that how CHC would award points for the following experience

feb 2008 - feb 2009 (2282)IT support technician (1 year part time)

mar 2006 - oct 2006 (0213) MIS assisstant (8 months)

I already have 3 year points for full time but bit confuse how to count these ones..
i would appreciate your response guys
