Thalia has given you good direction. I think the assumption that RN's will be in the list again is a safe bet. The thing is...that NOC filled quickly and there are probably many nurses who have been getting their applications ready to send in by late June to arrive in CIO by 4 July (1 July is Canada and a holiday, so first working day will be the 4th).
Print off the forms and learn the GUIDE inside out. Follow it to the letter. If they ask for something make sure you provide it exactly as they want it. If for any reason you are unable to, provide a cover letter explaining why you were unable to meet the requirements and what you are providing instead. It can take several months to pull a package together so put aside some serious time to do it if you are intent on applying. Have someone go through your application line by line to make sure you haven't missed filling anything in. If something doesn't apply, do not leave it blank, put N/A. If you need more space add a page and label it clearly with your name and question number, etc. Sign and Date pages where required and pay special attention to the instructions for Fee Payment. If you have all your documents ready, only GENERAL IELTS results are accepted, etc etc...you should have your package at the Courier's so it will be among the first to arrive in Nova Scotia. No one knows how much time there will be before any NOCs fill this coming year as this system is still very new. Good Luck!!
