re application with lawyers assistance?

Hi all,

I was refused study permit a month back.

Now, I have decided to reply but using legal assistance of a Canadian lawyer as my representative.

Do you guys think it's worth it? Anyone been through this earlier?

there is no surety of visa by applying with lawyer assistance but a lot chances that a lawyer could identify the real reasons of refusal and assist you. your profile seems to be strong but if VO do not want to issue a visa, all the efforts are useless. i agree that you can not change your family ties in canada but if VO is not satisfy that you would leave canada after your studies, its his right to reject the visa, your travel history is also a negative point, again you cannot change but VO should issue visa on your past basis not only future intentions. i suggest you to hire only authorized lawyer by IRCC as they know the current situations.
