I have a quick question,
Is there a point to reapply for tourist visa for my husband if he's been rejected few days ago?
My husband is Romanian and I'm Polish, we wanted to go to Canada for our honeymoon. We live and work in London, UK. We have provided them with all possible documents (letter from the employer, tenancy agreement for our house, bank statements, payslips, travel insurance).
Reason for rejection of the application was: travel history (our fault, we didn't fill out that part) and immigration status (we are EU members that's why we haven't provided any proof immigration status apart from passport).
In a new form I have stated all his travel destinations but when it comes to immigration status I'm lost.
Should I print out some information from the UK border agency website with relevant informations?
