RCMP request for second time ! Urgent , I am almost at DM

I got a RCMP request in July with 60 days notification , Which I did submit in 30 days , I also sent in a CSE with the document !

But today again , I was asked to submit the same document with in 7 days !!

This time around in upload document page it asks me to upload police certificate instead of RCMP , Has any one has the same issue??

But the request letter is asking for RCMP , what you guys think , is it better to combine all my police certificate and RCMP then upload it ?

Ok I just called CIC , the call center lady was realy nice , she did verify that she could see RCMP in my file.She says VO might have missed it and asked again to submit.

She asked me to write a explanation letter saying that I have already uploaded it with the Document again which I am going to do ! She also said no need to upload any other certificate.

This whole process is so stressful !! :-X

I too got a request to upload RCMP and PCC a second time. Should I just send re-upload them?
